new rookie agent ( new to real estate )

how many listings do you have in your name? how many ads do you have out there for the public viewing? how many ways do you have your name out there ( not including the company name )? how many phone calls are you getting? or rather of potentail customers who are ready, willing, and able to take action?

hmm, in a nutshell (i'll try): the more that you have out there for all to see, the more opportunity for more calls coming in, thus more selectively picking the proper customers to work with.

so, the idea is to have as many opportunities with your name out there, for all to see and call you. yes, you. the bottom line is for customers and clients to call you regardless of where or what company you work with. since there may be many different places you choose in a short period of time (not highly recommended). the calls are because they are asking for you to give them info and show them the properties.

ther bigger the pool of listings, the greater the calls will come in. the greater the incoming calls; the greater chance you have of picking and choosing the folks who are more in need of finding a place to call home. therefore giving you more choices in deciding who will be more productive for you. from there, more possibilities of getting things in the pipeline of closings or lease signings, to finally getting the commission check.
