1 or 2 bedroom please ( rental world )

omg, you need a 1 bedroom, no wait, a 2 bedroom. yeah a 1 or 2 bedroom, please. hmm, did you know it's helpful to be sure. otherwise how can the folks seeking the listings make any headway if you do not know what you want.

1 or 2 bedroom. well- depending upon where and what part of the hood, that 1 bedroom may be $1300 and that 2 bedroom could be $1800. opps, and your budget is really up to $1100 max.

wasting time for you, the agent/broker, and the sweetheart that wants to crash at your new home for free.
either or really won't do. make the choice and stick to it. results can be had faster. the buddies you're offering beer to assist with the move may be moving onto the next beer party, without you.

here in the slope

Park Slope. Yes, funny how many folks have a certain image cast upon their minds when you even whisper this part of Brooklyn. As I walk about the neighborhood, it's amazing that you can bump into almost anyone and hold a conversation with them. Get to know the area, lost and ask for directions. Ask the folks here about where to eat, shop, and the like-you will likely get as many folks you ask, you will get that many answers to the best the Slope has to offer. notary public

did you know when you need something to be notarized, you need to be present to have it all done properly. nope, you can't have someone else take your place.

in addition, when you have more items and papers (like for a title, or mortgage, and the like) a notary signing agent can stop by your place to get it all complete.

as a notary, contact me for further information.

( 1st ) first time home buyer

are you pre-approved? think of it like going to get some food or grocceries. you want to buy a weeks worth of gorcceries, yet without knowing how much money you have in your pocket. maybe you only a few dollars for one or two items to purchase. rather foolish to run out without knowing how much you have in your pocket.

so, first find out through a bank or lending institute how much money you can have in your pocket. then when you go looking you won't waste time shopping for the improper price.

new rookie agent ( new to real estate )

you have quotas to meet, running around chasing the carrot before you. going all over the 5 boroughs, trying to seek out the co-brokes. making oh so many calls to only receive the wonderful hang-ups in the ear.

and yet, do you belong to some MLS, save so much more time by searching and seeking the co-brokes that can be had with that MLS you belong to. at least your odds are closer to 90% of getting a co-broke.

no need wasting time calling outside of that MLS link. because you would think, they don't belong and won't go for that.
